Welcome to Mayapur Mridanga. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Our business is based in Sri Mayapur, West Bengal, India.

Product Preparation and Customer Confirmation

Our mridangas are prepared and tuned according to the order. After an order is placed, the instrument is checked and prepared. We take photos and prepare a sound demonstration for you. You must confirm the product before it is safely packed and dispatched.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required before dispatch. Cash on Delivery (COD), “pay after delivery,” or EMI options are generally not available unless explicitly confirmed by us for a specific product exception.

Shipping and International Customs

We offer worldwide shipping. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and other destination-country charges. These are not included in our product price or shipping quotation.

Returns and Transit Damage

There are no returns or exchanges after you have approved the product and it has been dispatched, except in cases of transit damage. In the event of transit damage, you must contact us promptly with photographic and video evidence and preserve the original packaging. Resolution will be determined according to the courier’s process.

Prices and Product Availability

Product availability and production times can vary. We do not promise current stock unless confirmed during your order process. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Mayapur Mridanga shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of our products or website. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal.
