Our Return Policy

At Mayapur Mridanga, we take great care to ensure the quality of every devotional instrument we provide.

There is no return or exchange after you have approved the product and it has been dispatched.

Order Confirmation Process

Before dispatching your order, your mridanga is carefully checked and prepared. We take photos and prepare a sound demonstration which is shared with you. You have the opportunity to review and confirm the product. Once the product has been approved and dispatched, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is applicable transit damage.

Transit Damage

All instruments are carefully packed for safe transportation. However, if your product is damaged during transportation, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us promptly: Notify us via WhatsApp at +91 75011 97661 immediately upon receiving the damaged package.
2. Provide clear photographs: Take clear photos of the damaged instrument and the packaging.
3. Provide video evidence: We highly recommend taking an uncut unboxing video when you receive your package and providing it to us.
4. Preserve packaging: Keep all original packaging materials as they may be required for courier inspection.
5. Follow instructions: Follow the instructions provided by us or the courier service.

We will assess the case and determine the appropriate resolution according to the applicable shipping and courier processes. Where we confirm transit damage and replacement is applicable, the product may be replaced through the appropriate courier process. Please note that automatic refunds or replacements are not guaranteed in every case.
