Refund and Returns Policy

At The Mayapur Mridanga, we take utmost care in packing our sacred instruments in heavy-duty wooden or cardboard crates to ensure they reach you safely. However, we understand that transit issues can occur.

1. Damage During Transit

If your instrument arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide an unboxing video that clearly shows the package being opened and the damage present.

2. Returns for Change of Mind

Because these are handcrafted, heavy, and delicate instruments shipped worldwide at significant cost, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind or for minor cosmetic variations inherent to handmade goods.

3. Process for Claims

To initiate a claim for transit damage, please email us at info@mayapurmridanga.com or WhatsApp us at +91 75011 97661 with your Order Number and the unboxing video. We will review your claim within 3 business days.
