1. Handcrafted Nature of Products

All our instruments are entirely handcrafted by skilled artisans in Mayapur. Because of this, slight variations in color, size, leather texture, and tonal quality are natural and expected. These are not considered defects but rather the unique signature of a handmade devotional instrument.

2. International Shipping & Customs

We ship globally to over 150 countries. Please Note: Customers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by their respective countries. The Mayapur Mridanga is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

3. Order Processing

Since many of our premium instruments are made to order, please allow 3-7 business days for processing and packing before the item is dispatched.

4. Payments

We accept international payments via Stripe (Credit/Debit cards) and domestic payments via Razorpay (UPI/Cards/Netbanking). All payments are securely processed and encrypted.
